It is an exotic variety inherited from the United States, where American specialist “J. Saigal” from Ohio developed this variety by hybridizing two types of tomatoes, “Shimmeig Creg” and “Pink Beefsteak.”
It is a wonderful tomato with incredible color, with dark chocolate brown stripes and olive green, lime green, or bright orange stripes. The fruits have the classic steak shape and can weigh up to 500 grams. The flesh is brown-red, seedless, very sweet, and aromatic. It is a beautiful tomato with a completely unique appearance. The indefinite bush, which grows up to 1.8 meters tall, produces abundant fruit throughout the season.
